• Third party approval if required.
• Amendment to the Memorandum of Association concerning change of activity.

Changing of address / location

• Original Trade License.
• Request Letter.
• Copy of lease agreement attested by RERA.

Changing / Appointing a manager

• Board resolution from the company with a request letter.
• Original Trade License.
• Copy of the new manager's passport + NOC letter (for non-local)(in case he/she is not one of the partners).
• NS Approval for the new manager.
• Amendment to the memorandum of Association duly authenticated by the Notary public (if mentioned in the MOA except branches).
